These trucks were pitched as a small, affordable little pickup. But thanks to dealerships, they've become too expensive for what they are. I'd rather have a used Tacoma. Better build and better reliability and around the same cost.

The high engine rpm was the first thing I noticed. Cruising at 80 mph I was surprised to see 3200. I thought I was in 4th gear. Other than that I love this car. It’s a fun daily commuter.

Leather is an ecologically sound material. Think about it. Unless everyone goes vegetarian, cow hides will be produced in huge numbers. Is it better to use that material or just throw it away? One day, hopefully, this will no longer be true - we won’t be killing other sentient creatures for food. Until then, leather is a philosophically-defensible resource.

Got a Canyon AT4X Edition 1. Loving it! Gets alot of complements and it's a very rare limited production truck.

It’s a Ford, meaning dealer excuses, and cutting corners in engineering. Ford is just good at hiding them, but they are there. I will never buy another Ford. For one, it is a Ford, unreliable, and two, I make too much money to be seen in one.

You mention how stifly sprung the stelvio is in dynamic, was that the case if you changed the suspension setting to soft? It makes quite a differemce on my giulia which is why i ask. Thanks.

Our c250 was an absolute nightmare after 2 years. We bought it used and might have been dodgy repairs from previous owner but we cant be certain. I have been so scared to buy another mercedes after that it has totally changed my opinion on the whole brand. Im buying a BMW that i have done tons of research on but still love the look of these and would probably save me tons of money compared to the newer bmw im looking at😭

But even with taxpayer money to promote these sells, doesn't worth. But i found one used, 35k miles rwd sel per 18900. Then i think its could be a good purchase.

Great review. Ive been looking at these for a while. Being supercharged, how does the lag compare to the turbocharged suvs from Mercedes and BMW? Especially higher road speed merging or overtaking maneuvers? I just found your channel and subbed, looking forward to following along.

This ''economy'' shit box is 35k plus taxes which means it will cost you 40k out the door to drive something devoid of any personality and that will also depreciate like a rock. This car should be closer before taxes to 25k than 35k

You do know that if you connect an extension cord to the J1172 they will void your warranty. And you can't plug it in if you live an apartment. Forget for the fact my apartment is on the ground floor, the apartment complex can deny permission to plug into the wall (now subsequent to learning that, 3 years later they built a charging station).

Even with low reliability rating of Lincoln it still feels like it's the clear choice.

I bought mine new in 2011 c300 fully loaded for $38k with zero miles and after 119k miles still runs great. I replaced the seat cushion at MB for 550$, Steering column lock, $1200, transmission and cooling system $9,000, belts n pulleys $500, infotainment knob $400. Brakes can last over 100k miles in this. Very reliable other than the trans issue, coolant leaked into the trans and killed it. Have the coolant lines and thermostat replaced, my advice.
